The most comprehensive database of genomic markers of addiction
Supported by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), we’ve created the most comprehensive database of genomic markers of addiction. These include markers related to multiple substance use disorders and their treatments. As a result, researchers can leverage the AddictID database in their data collection and analysis. Visit NCBI to learn more about recent research using the AddictID database.

AddictID Illumina Booster
Targeted addiction content for your genotyping project
Together with Illumina, we are offering a targeted solution to include addiction specific markers in your genotyping project. The AddictID Booster can be added to Illumina Infinium arrays such as the Global Screening Array and the Asia Screening Array. This gives researchers the power to include targeted addiction content to new or already ongoing genotyping projects. Leveraging our AddictID database the booster is designed to be continuously updated with markers based on the latest in addiction research. We are currently seeking content contributors and early adopters.
